We use your data to: provide and improve our tools; connect you with verified agents (only when you post a request and only with masked contact details until you consent); send you service-related communications; ensure security; and comply with legal obligations. 4. AI processing

Some tools send your inputs to a third-party AI provider to generate results (for example, valuations, comparisons, and forecasts). We send only the information necessary to produce your result and do not include your contact details in these requests.
